By engaging with TradeNomad International Ltd, clients confirm they understand and accept that no Belgian, EU or other local law governs the service relationship.
Confidentiality
All information shared by clients during an engagement is treated with strict confidentiality. TradeNomad International Ltd will not share, sell or disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by Hong Kong law.
